Built-in Security and Compliance
• Fully compliant with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), ensuring organization-wide data security.
• Certified under PCI SSF (Software Security Framework) – our solution complies with the latest SSF version for modern software-based payment applications.
• Meets EMV Level 3 and DMV requirements, ensuring reliable chip card transaction processing and device compatibility.
This makes the solution highly compatible with vending machines, transport kiosks, and other automated retail systems.
Terminals
Integrations
Our payment terminals support a variety of integration methods designed to connect seamlessly with your systems, whether it’s a POS, vending solution, or cloud-based platform. Below is an overview of the main integration types we offer:
-
1
Local Integrations
This is a common solution for real-time interaction between the POS and the payment terminal, including features such as payment initiation, cancellations, and receipt handling. Easy to implement Seitatech Electronic Cash Register (ECR) suite protocol.
• Serial communication integrations. Possible communication methods:
- RS-232
- USB
- Bluetooth
• TCP Integration (TCP/IP Integration) Local Integration / LAN
TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) enables the payment terminal to communicate directly with a server over an IP network, typically with a POS system or a backend service.
• Pulse Integration – Local Hardware Control
What is it?
Pulse is a hardware module that enables simple, local communication between a self-service device and its peripherals, such as coin acceptors, relays, or other components that respond to electrical pulses. What it does:
Sends electrical pulses to trigger or control connected devices (like a coin changer or gate)
Operates independently from the internet or cloud – perfect for offline environmentsKey Features Explained:
- 6-channel pulse control: Can manage up to six different devices or functions
- Adjustable pulse length and frequency: Customizes how signals are sent depending on device requirements
- NO/NC selection: Supports both “Normally Open” and “Normally Closed” circuit logic
- 12V power output: Powers peripheral devices directly
- USB-C control interface: Connects to the main control unit via modern USB standard
- Remote firmware upgrades: Devices can be updated without manual intervention (when connected)
- DIN rail mounting: Easy installation in industrial enclosures
• MDB Integration (Multi-Drop Bus)
The software supports MDB protocol, which enables communication with vending-specific hardware components such as:
- Bill validators
- Coin mechanisms
- Product dispensers
- Price displays

Cloud Services
• MQTT Cloud Integration
Cloud integration allows a terminal or payment application to communicate via a cloud server, enabling remote device management, reporting, and payment processing, even without a direct POS connection. Utilizes easy to implement Seitatech ECR suite protocol.
This is an ideal solution for multi-terminal setups and self-service use cases.

In-Device Application Integration
Partner APP integration offers a seamless method for integrating payment applications with any third-party application. In this model, a third-party application such as one for vending, laundry, or EV charging is installed directly on the terminal and communicates with the payment software via defined protocols.
• Seamless app-to-app communication: Utilizing Android intents for smooth data exchange within the device.
• Decoupled business logic and UI: Partners retain control over their application’s business logic and user interface, while a highly compliant payment application handles secure payment processing.

Fleet Cards
Our payment solutions support major fleet cards, enabling convenient and secure payments for corporate and enterprise vehicle fleets. This capability is ideal for fuel stations, EV charging points, and service locations where businesses manage multiple vehicles.
With Seitatech’s technology, fleet card transactions are processed seamlessly alongside consumer card payments, ensuring flexibility for operators and convenience for drivers.
