EuroPark Finland is the largest private parking operator in the country, with over 20 years of experience in managing and developing paid parking. The company operates hundreds of locations across Finland, from Helsinki to Rovaniemi, and is recognized for its stable operations and collaborative approach. Today, cash payments are rare in parking, with most customers using mobile apps or card payment terminals at ticket machines.

The need for dependable and independently manageable payment terminals led EuroPark to begin working with Seitatech in 2021.

“We were looking for a new, locally based partner to support payment terminal integration for our ticket machines. Seitatech demonstrated solid technical know-how and responded quickly to our needs,” says Antti Vuorinen, who oversees EuroPark’s traditional ticket machine operations.

 

A Practical, Locally Delivered Payment Solution

 

Seitatech provided card payment terminal integration for EuroPark’s Metric machines. The solution has improved system reliability and allowed for in-house servicing and replacement of equipment, reducing dependence on third-party support.

“The support has been smooth. If an issue comes up, it’s typically resolved quickly,” Vuorinen notes.

 

Growing and Evolving Collaboration

 

With annual revenues exceeding 50 million euros, EuroPark considers Seitatech a long-term partner. The collaboration continues to develop in step with operational needs.
